Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your registered cohort, your enrollment may be transferred to the next available cohort upon request before the training begins.

Certificates of Completion, including the free 120-hour TEFL certificate, are issued only to participants who complete the training requirements and meet the attendance and participation criteria.
